When you’re hiring new employees, you want to know their attitudes toward safety and risk. The Recruiting Safety Aware Focused Employees (RSAFE) programme assesses a potential employee’s risk probability of accidents and/or injury before they are hired.
How does it work?
The RSAFE psychometric assessment uses simple workplace and life experiences to determine
whether a new recruit is the right fit for your company, or may require safety training.
In just 15 minutes RSAFE can assess your potential employees on safety control, risk avoidance, stress tolerance. It also measures driver awareness, professional operation and quality orientation.
What are the benefits?
- Measures overall safety awareness of potential employees and identifies any personal risk areas
- Risk probability is assessed for individuals and reports and RSAFE ratings are provided, so you know how potential hires will fit within your company
Who is eligible for RSAFE?
The RSAFE assessment is available for organisations with NZI or Lumley Commercial Motor insurance. Fees may apply.
