The Traction Plus programme helps identify areas of risk within your business and help you to fix them. By making a plan to engage staff, you can improve your organisation’s risk culture and position yourself as an employer of choice.

How does it work?

The Traction Plus programme helps you manage health and safety risks as well as business culture. The assessment looks at the 15 key principles, practices, and behaviours related to safety and risk and is completed by both employees and employers.

Once completed, your data is interpreted and risks within your business identified. Programme providers then facilitate problem-solving sessions and provide expert coaching and advice on how to improve your capability and performance.

Who is eligible for Traction Plus?

Any organisation with NZI or Lumley Commercial Motor insurance can use Traction Plus. What’s more, as a customer of NZI or Lumley you could be eligible to take part in this programme at no additional cost to you.
