Accident prevention within your company starts with knowing your employees’ attitudes toward creating a safe work environment. TNA-Safe assesses a person’s risk probability of accidents and/ or injury to determine training needs.
How does it work?
The TNA-Safe psychometric assessment uses simple workplace and life experiences to measure
an individual’s overall safety awareness and individual potential risk areas.
In just 10 minutes TNA-Safe can assess your potential employees on attitudes towards safe driving practices, safety control, risk avoidance, stress tolerance and quality orientation.
What are the benefits?
- Identifies areas that need ongoing support and training, provides feedback for post-crash debriefs, and evaluate training programmes
- Can also be used after an accident or incident to determine whether there were safety training issues.
Who is eligible for TNA-SAFE?
The TNA-SAFE assessment is available for organisations with NZI or Lumley Commercial Motor insurance. Fees may apply.
